Crafting Texas Chocolate: A Bean to Bar Workshop
Learn how to make chocolate from bean to bar with SRSLY chocolate! Owner and chocolate-maker Bob Williamson will go over all aspects of chocolate creation, from sorting, cracking, winnowing and grinding cocoa beans to tempering and molding stone ground chocolate. Participants also get to handcraft and customize their own chocolate bars! SRSLY chocolate makes their amazing treats with cacao stone ground in Texas and unique locally sourced ingredients, so this is a chance to make some truly Texan chocolate.
