This year they’ve scheduled outstanding keynote speakers, breakout and field sessions. They bring ideas and best practices, and events for networking and exploring.
The Texas Downtown Association (TDA) is a statewide, independent nonprofit organization. It represents cities and towns of all sizes, economic development corporations, chambers of commerce, small businesses, nonprofits, and individuals from across Texas.
TDA was founded by Anice Read, who is credited with bringing the Main Street Program to Texas. She and representatives from the largest Texas cities wanted to create an organization that would connect downtown supporters from across the state.
